Russia: Beer production up 1% in January-October this year

Russia’s January-October beer production showed a 1% increase versus the same period last year - to 70.1 mln hl, Rosstat reported on November 24.

In October alone the volume brewed declined by 12.1% as compared to October 2021.

Earlier this month it was reported that Russia’s retail alcohol sales (excluding beer) increased this year by 3.5%.
